By visiting Mr. Sate, making a reservation, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed online are for reference only; in-restaurant prices are final.
Online or phone orders must be completed and paid in full prior to pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for errors in orders submitted with incorrect information.
Allergy and dietary requests are accommodated to the best of our ability; however, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please notify your server of any serious allergies.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including those placed in error or involving suspected fraud.

We ask that all guests treat our staff and fellow diners with courtesy and respect. Mr. Sate reserves the right to refuse service to any person engaging in disruptive, abusive, or threatening behavior.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises unless pre-approved by management (e.g., a celebration cake).
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all Mr. Sate premises in compliance with California law.
Guests are liable for any damage to property caused by their negligence or misconduct.
